Looking for a new challenge? At Fourth Element we have one of the most motivated, high performing teams in the diving industry and we are looking to recruit two more people at our UK HQ.

We work in beautiful surroundings on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, but don’t be fooled – we take things pretty seriously. Our business is growing both in the UK and overseas and we aim to be the best diving thermal protection company in the World. We do have cakes every Wednesday though.

Sales and Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated well organised and efficient administrator, with excellent communication skills and genuine commitment to providing good customer service. This person will assist the Customer Accounts Manager and take a special responsibility for our expanding German Market.  An excellent command of the German Language as well as English is essential and the ability to communicate in additional languages would be an advantage.  Scuba Diving experience would also be a great advantage, as the successful applicant will need to understand how our technical clothing products are used in conjunction with other personal diving equipment.

Salary is dependent upon experience and a company pension package is available.

Office and Logistics Manager

We are looking for a well organised and efficient administrator to manage the logistics associated with the import and export of our products on a global scale. Knowledge and experience of international shipping would be a definite advantage; however it is not essential as training will be provided.  SAGE and MS Office proficiency are also advantageous, as the role will include a degree of general office management and administration.

Salary is dependent upon experience and a company pension package is available.
