Short John Wetsuit
Using 5/4mm thermoflex neoprene with a super smooth outer lining, the short john is designed to be worn underneath the 5mm or 7mm Proteus to provide enhanced body core protection. With no zips, the short john is both comfortable and practical, often actually making it easier to don the full suit on top, thanks to the low friction exterior.

Once both layers are on, the Hydrolock neck and glideskin wrist seals keep water ingress to a minimum, maximising the protection offered by the short john/fullsuit combination.

Combination
Combining the short-john wetsuit with the 5mm full wetsuit makes the proteus combination suitable for diving in temperatures down to about 12 degrees C (54 F) - ideal for UK summer and autumn diving. Using the 7mm Proteus wetsuit gives the wearer the ability to undertake winter diving. The combination package includes a 5mm hood to complete the wetsuit.

Developed using a combination of superstretch and thermocore neoprene, the Proteus offers a high level of thermal protection and comfort.
